DELAWARE DYNASTY BEAT KIRKWOOD PUMAS 4 - 2

3/26/2006

CLAYMONT, DE - Delaware Dynasty beat the Kirkwood Pumas 4-2, Sunday at Archmere Academy, in its third friendly game of training camp. For the Dynasty; Evan Myers scored the first goal, Angel Rodriguez scored the second and third goals, and Hugo Avilla scored the fourth goal.

Delaware Dynasty's next friendly game will be held away on Wednesday evening April 5th, at 7:00PM at the Pucillo Field, against Millersville University, PA.

DELAWARE DYNASTY PLAYER SELECTION PROCESS

The first step in the player selection process is for a player to attend an open tryout. From there, if the coaching staff believes a player to be of top quality, they will add that player to the current player pool.

The player pool is a group of players who have been selected to participate in planned training sessions. When planning for friendly matches, the coaches draw players from the current player pool. In many cases, not all players in the current player pool will be selected to participate in all of the friendlies, but are still considered members of the active player pool.

The player pool will continue to change as players are added and subtracted along the way in an attempt to arrive at the final roster of 26 players.

DELAWARE'S FIRST PLAYER SIGNING
Barat, Ferguson, Haney join Dynasty

WILMINGTON, DE - Delaware Dynasty announced the signing of Andy Barat, Daryl Ferguson and Matt Haney.

"I anticipate that Andy Barat's veteran experience as a professional will be extremely beneficial to the other players on our team", said Head Coach Fran Kulas. "Daryl Ferguson is a solid defender whose physical presence and athleticism allows him to deny opponents scoring opportunities while Matt Haney is a solid defender who is extremely composed in the back on the ball and under pressure."

This pool of players has been invited to four training sessions that have been scheduled in preparation for a friendly match that we have scheduled for February 26th against Eastern Pennsylvania's 88 Boy's Regional ODP Champions.
