BURNS THINKING BIG IN DYNASTY'S DEBUT

NEWARK, DE - Colin Burns hopes a return home helps pave the way for a trip overseas and a European soccer opportunity.
The former Newark High goalkeeper will start for the Delaware Dynasty in its Premier Development League opener tonight at 6 at the Kirkwood Soccer Club south of New Castle.

COACHING ENRICHMENT OPPORTUNITY
WHEN: Wednesday, May 17th, 2006, 5:30 - 8:00pm
NEW CASTLE, DE - Prior to the scheduled 6pm training session on the turf field at the Kirkwood Soccer Club, the site for all Delaware Dynasty home games for the 2006 season, Delaware Dynasty Head Coach Fran Kulas will make a presentation beginning at 5:30pm that will preview the forthcoming training session.
Following the classroom session to be held in the concession stand area, coaches are invited to the sidelines to observe the training session in its entirety. Following the training session, all coaches are invited to return to the concession stand area for a wrap-up discussion with Coach Kulas regarding the outcome of the training session and the upcoming season for the Dynasty.
RSVP is not necessary and all are welcome - we hope to see you there!

DELAWARE DYNASTY TEACHES CHILDREN HEALTHIER HABITS

STANTON, DE - Delaware Dynasty in conjunction with Nemours Children's Clinic promoted the 5-2-1- Almost None Program at Delaware Tech. & Community College, Stanton Campus. The goal of the program is to get children to eat five servings of fruits and vegetables a day, limit television and other screen time to two hours or less a day, exercise once a day, and drink "almost none" sugary beverages.
About 350 children from across the state, 80 judges, and assorted teachers and parents were present at National History Day held on Saturday, April 22, 2006. The children, primarily 6th through 12th graders, learned about a healthier lifestyle through games and activities and Frisbees and jump ropes were given away to encourage more outdoor activity.
